ADJ 601 Poultry Vaccine Adjuvant: Repeat Supply for Multivalent Inactivated Vaccines

Following repeated customer trials and compatibility assessments with an existing production line, ADJ 601 poultry vaccine adjuvant continues to receive repeat orders from a large animal vaccine manufacturer in China. According to customer feedback, this water-in-oil (W/O) adjuvant is now used in the commercial production of four-component and five-component inactivated poultry vaccines.
For manufacturers preparing W/O adjuvants from mineral oil, Tween 80 and Span 80, ADJ 601 provides a formulated adjuvant option for use with their existing antigen systems, emulsification equipment and manufacturing processes. Its effects on production efficiency, vaccine efficacy and safety should be assessed through validation of the specific vaccine formulation.
The latest shipment comprised four drums of ADJ 601, continuing the supply relationship with this customer. The photo below shows the recent shipment.
