ADJ805 Polymer-Based Aqueous Adjuvant Shipped to an Animal Vaccine Manufacturer

As one of the companies that entered the field of animal vaccine adjuvant development and manufacturing relatively early in China, Aidejia Bio has accumulated nearly ten years of industry experience. Its products have been used and recognized by animal vaccine manufacturers and research institutions across China.

Recently, Aidejia Bio completed the shipment of three drums of its independently developed and manufactured ADJ805 polymer-based aqueous adjuvant. The photo below shows the actual shipment before dispatch.

ADJ805 is a polymer-based, fully aqueous adjuvant designed for the production of inactivated veterinary vaccines. It is supplied in 20 kg drums, providing a practical packaging format for vaccine manufacturers.

Based on the planned formulation and recommended inclusion ratio for this project, the three drums are expected to support the production of approximately 600,000 mL of veterinary vaccine.

According to the intended vaccination dosage, this production volume may cover approximately 300,000 livestock doses. The actual vaccine output, dosage and immune response depend on the vaccine type, formulation, manufacturing process and validation results.
